Each Spring scouts gather to prepare for the Summer Camp season, helping prospective candidates for the Firecrafter ranks to hone their skills and build confidence for their Summer Camp candidacy.  It is also the opportunity for current Firecrafters to "get in shape" to help their fellow scouts advance at Summer Camp and prepare to staff the Rituals.  It is truly the epitome of Friendship, Leadership, and Service, as seasoned Firecrafters demonstrate leadership and service by providing the training these candidates need.  The event also includes opportunities for friendly competition between youth of all ages.  And of course, there is at least one campfire!

In 2023, Firecrafter and Jaccos Towne Lodge of Order of the Arrow teamed up to put on a joint Spring Fellowship to break down previous tensions between the organizations and put on an event for troops that highlighted what both had to offer, while also putting on display the brotherhood and leadership skills that both organizatios offer.
